We are recruiting two fixed term contracts, for three and six months each to work in our Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity to join Triodos Bank's customer operations department during an ambitious growth phase. This role would suit a person that has previous administrative experience, puts customers first and is excited by what Triodos is all about.

A co-worker within our accounts team processes all new accounts for our business and personal customers as well as dealing with all administration during the life of an account. There are high standards in place for the team and each co-worker within the department needs to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

You will be accountable for:

  • Processing all account administration requests including account opening for both business and personal customers
  • Ensuring fraud and anti money laundering checks are followed to current guidelines to make sure that the bank is not a risk
  • Processing  ISA's in line with regulations and HMRC governance
  • Processing all requests to amend details on both business and personal customers accounts 
  • Completing work to agreed service level agreement ensuring all work is completed right first time.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • At least one years administrative experience with preference given to those from a retail banking environment and have a working knowledge of ISA administration
  • A proven track record of working in a customer services environment
  • Good IT and typing skills and the ability to communicate clearly and with confidence on the telephone and face to face are important
  • A friendly persona and flexible 'can do' attitude with good attention to detail.
