We are recruiting for a part time permanent Customer Services professional to work in our Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity to join Triodos Bank's Customer Contact department during an ambitious growth phase. This role would suit a person that has a pleasant telephone manor, loves talking to customers, is excited by what Triodos is all about and has experience of working on the front line on telephones, preferably within financial services.

A co-worker within our phones team makes non aggressive outbound calls and receives incoming calls from Triodos Bank's prospective and existing business, personal and investment customers. There are high standards in place for the team and each co-worker within the department needs to provide exceptional customer service at all times.

You will be accountable for:

  • Answering all inbound telephone calls to Triodos in accordance with our inbound call guidelines
  • Providing an exceptional experience to all customers and enquirers contacting Triodos by telephone and email
  • Recording all customer requests and when appropriate pass to the back office for processing using Triodos customer database
  • Making proactive, non hard sell, calls to promote the bank and its products and services

We are looking for someone that has:

  • At least two yearscustomer service experience preferably within financial services 
  • A proven track record of working in a telephone based role handling inbound and outbound calls
  • An ability to communicate clearly and with confidence on the telephone and face to face are important
  • A friendly persona and flexible 'can do' attitude with good attention to detail
