- Successfully resolve or escalate between 75 and 150 customer inquiries a day.
- Continually improve quality and response time for customer inquiries.
- Work with IT to create and develop automated responses for repetitive inquiries.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction regardless of circumstances.
- Take contractor calls and troubleshoot monitoring system’s connection to home networks when necessary.
- Process daily commissioned systems and create trouble tickets when necessary.
- Monitor daily system alerts and resolve or escalate them.
Qualifications:
- Excellent writing skills.
- Must be highly organized.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Some knowledge of solar and willingness to learn.
- Bachelor's degree (communication or business preferred).
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Call center or customer service experience a plus.
