Soil Association Certification Ltd is the UK's leading company which certifies organic food, produce and non-food products.  It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Soil Association membership charity. We are looking for a highly experienced and organised Customer Service Manager to develop an efficient customer service team to create an enhanced customer service culture within Soil Association Certification. The team’s customers include our key customers - our licensees - and other SACL office and field based teams. You will ensure that the customer service team are able to handle a wide range of customer enquiries, including providing information to existing customers, providing inspection and certification team support, handling invoicing queries, providing support for potential customers and handling complaints.  You will also assist in the development of a customer service policy to ensure that all customer enquiries are handled effectively, report key information on the performance of the customer service function and develop ways to improve customer service. With substantial experience of working within a customer service environment, ideally within the service industry, you will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding levels of customer service. You will possess substantial management experience with knowledge of setting customer service level Key Performance Indicators. Knowledge of customer service delivery in a certification body environment will be an advantage.
