My client is one of the top 3 Module Manufacturers globally with an excellent reputation for quality and affordable products.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing. This candidate will be responsible for leading the Technical Service & Solutions team in APMEA ensuring operational goals are achieved under the companies strategy

Responsibilities:-
• Leading of a team comprised of Technical service & Solution on APMEA to ensure operating goals are achieved under company strategy
• Resolve pre-sales and after-sales technical inquiry, complaints and answer questions of customers. Communicate with cross departments and management to resolve problems.
• Directs and coordinates all PV system related technical Service( pre-sales and After Sales services) activities for APMEA
• Value added Technical solution of customer Service, & Development company margin beneficial from Customers & third party for long term strategy.
• Build and leverage strong relationships with key customers to monitor customer service levels
• Partner with sales team to drive profitable revenue growth through participation in the sales process, as requested, and helping to drive optimal performance on all new business start-ups
• Make recommendation to HQ and improvement of procedures
• Coordinate with third party in any project management and ensuring project execution according to plan
• Provide technical system assessment advice, full support for tender related project preparation and coordination review and approval for PV related project.

Qualified to:
• Take decisions and execute activities within the framework of the agreed Marketing & Sales plan.

Requirements:
• 5+ years experience providing customer support in PV/semiconductor industry; Project Management Experience is Plus
• Demonstrated ability to energize team to perform at the highest levels.
• Results-driven, with ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders.
• Demonstrated strong business, analytical, facilitation, communication, interpersonal and process skills.
• Strong project management capability and working with third party partners in meeting project plan and schedule.
• Excellent proficient in English is a MUST and preferably good in Mandarin is added advantage.
• Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented.
• Overseas background is preferred

Education:
• Must have strong educational background Bachelor’s degree related to Semi-conductor, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or related experience.
• Technical Knowledge & Understanding

Communicates with:
• Head of Sales and Marketing APMEA
• Communication in English and Mandarin is a bonus

Key Skills:
• Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience and team leadership
