Description

Vestas Mediterranean (MED) is an independent business unit within Vestas Wind Systems, covering the markets around the Mediterranean rim and South and Latin America. It is responsible for developing these markets in terms of sales, project installation and customer service.

The Service Department is responsible for the smooth running of our customer’s wind farms, ensuring the highest levels of performance from each turbine for its entire lifespan. It works to ensure that the turbines are operational to their maximum capacity, delivering the best possible energy yield for customers. As such, the team is key to maintaining long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the Customer Support Manager Iberia, the key tasks are to:

·Receive, analyse and register all requests from customers for each wind farm operation assigned in order to assure reliability of the information gathered and to facilitate a proper internal distribution and assignment of each request.

·Coordinate the solution of each technical incidence, contract claims and project management issues internally or externally (negotiation with third party suppliers) and communicate to customer in order to satisfy customers¿ needs and to control operational costs.

·Monitor all operational variables and generate reports for each wind farm operation assigned in order to assure reliability of the information gathered and the compliance of information procedures.

· Identify customer complaints trends, monitor solutions to customer complaints, control project’s budget, assess implications of claims / incidences, suggest remedial actions and provide inputs to technical support operations SCADA in order to anticipate significant operational risk and to facilitate decision making.

·Control operation documentation, manuals, contracts and compliance procedures in order to assure reliability of the information gathered and the compliance of quality guidelines.

·Support and validate the billing and payment process for each wind farm operation assigned in order to assure reliability of the information gathered and compliance of financial procedures.
