A global agricultural innovator is currently looking to fill the position of Customer Relations Manager for the area of Cape Town. Requirements:· 5 years business management experience· Knowledge of planning, development, and control of a customer management team.· Extensive travel required· Ability to work autonomously or having occasional limited access to immediate manager· Experience in managing a geographically dispersed team · Relevant Business degree or tertiary equivalent· The ability to work with and manage a mixed discipline team and understand their roles and responsibilities· High level “selling” (influencing/persuading) and negotiating skills· The ability to think strategically and plan broadly· People and communication skills· Sales and developing skills· Fluency in English and Afrikaans will be advantageous· Roles and Responsibilities:· Manage the Agriculture business. · Negotiating and preserving the existing revenue line at the least cost.· The position will also look after the development and converting of sales opportunities that present themselves in the Agriculture and Fresh Produce Industry.· Planning, managing and co-ordinating the improvement of the relationship between the organisation and it’s business partners· Managing, controlling, developing and training of a team of subordinates· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction generated by the organisations service and product offerings· Delivering a profitable revenue stream without compromising long term business sustainability· Being custodian of the customer relationship· Developing and converting sales opportunities Should you feel that you suitably fit the above mentioned requirements then please forward a comprehensive CV including a cover letter to candicew@caenviro.co.za Foreign candidates looking to apply should be in the possession of a valid South African work permit-proof of this should accompany your application.
