Background:

This is an excellent opportunity to provide customer insight into Sure Start Services so the service knows the needs and demands of families and is able to use that data to influence what service should be commissioned and what groups of service users need to be supported.

Objective:

To provide high quality customer insight for service development based on commissioning and analysis of customer feedback, consultation and research. The role is a key professional advisor role to Council services for appropriate research and engagement methodologies and commissioning.
