Customer and Business Insight Manager

Salary: around £33,500 per annum, depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer and Business Insight Manager in the Business Development team. The Energy Saving Trust has developed a wealth of knowledge and data around sustainable energy over the last 20 years.  You will have the responsibility of mining EST’s evidence base to draw out valuable insights to help shape EST’s future product and services portfolio. 

Operating within a very commercially driven team, you will work closely with the Business Development managers and the rest of the Development Department to feed compelling insights and data to enhance EST commercial offerings, through both formal EU and public sector tenders and commercial proposal opportunities. Having the ability to translate complex technical information into simple digestible and marketable insights is paramount to this role along with planning, managing and delivering evaluation and measurement studies.

You will use your knowledge and skill to contribute to the development of new products and services, particularly in your expert areas of measurement, evaluation, research and strategic planning. Having excellent written and verbal communication and an analytical mind will be fundamental to delivering exceptional performance. Having an enthusiastic attitude towards growing EST’s knowledge base and a business-savvy approach will ensure your success in position.
