CSP Engineer - Spain

Our client an international renewable energy consultancy are currently seeking to appoint an experienced CSP Engineer to join their Solar department in Spain.

The main purpose of the job is to undertake CSP energy assessments, Due Diligence analysis, inspection of CSP manufacturing facilities and other specific commercial tasks required by clients. You will also contribute to the expansion of the Solar department.

It is compulsory for all candidates to have experience in the following areas:

• At least 2 years experience of CSP energy assessments and/or Due Diligence analysis

• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for analysing statistical data.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with typical CSP software packages and other thermal software packages

• Familiarity with CSP supply chain and market technology

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Fluency in English

• Ability to write and compose clear and accurate reports in English

• Spanish language would be an advantage

• Ability to work in a pressurised consultancy environment – operating to tight timescales.

• High motivation to work in a team

• It is desirable to have exposure and familiarity with Concentrated Solar Power energy at the consultancy or engineering level for North American and Spanish projects under construction or development.
