The Senior Team Coordinator provides direct administrative support to senior members of the Center for Park Management, as well as department-wide administrative and coordinating functions.
 
Essential Functions:                                                                                          % of Time
 
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CPM senior leadership team. Plan trips and schedule appointments as needed, manage calendars, prepare correspondence, manage information and paper flow, serve as primary coordinator of department finances, identifying items which need urgent attention, ensuring timely anticipation of deadlines, and providing additional administrative support as necessary. Through a solid understanding of the work and culture of CPM, be able to identify multiple priorities and take appropriate action to anticipate opportunities, deadlines, and other needs. Participates in organizational teams and committees, provides administrative support to NPCA, such as annual retreats, ad-hoc committees, covering front reception, and NPCA social events. Other tasks as assigned.     50% of Time

  2. System Support: Act as a power-use for CPM’s SharePoint functions; using our existing technology effectively to meet our information coordination needs and operate as a highly effective team. Strategically manage information, via excel and SharePoint, demonstrating high level of understanding of big picture, and importance of the day-to-day tasks to support the mission.   25% of Time

  3. Team Support: With a focus on customer service, provide a wide array of functions in order to enable others on the CPM team to be successful. Anticipate team and project needs based on project milestones, events and deliverables.Serve as the key point person on all planning and logistical needs for team meetings.  Execute monthly financial and human resource reporting, including expense tracking and reconciliation, general ledger, and staff time reporting. Provide general administrative support to complement project needs, such as facilitating agenda development and distribution, meeting arrangements, minute taking, general correspondence, reports, memos, formatting, copying, and other related tasks as assigned.  25% of Time
