i. answering telephone, postal and email enquiries;ii. responsibility for the routine residential courses administration, maintaining the courses database, web site, sending out course information, taking bookings for courses, preparing invoices, etc;iii. preparing for and hosting residential courses, including preparing rooms, making beds, greeting participants, liaising with lecturers, photocopying lecture notes and generally troubleshooting. This will involve evening and weekend working.iv. undertaking specific projects as directed by the Course Director; for example to conduct guided tours as and when required; to organise conferences and events in liaison with the Course Director.v. to assist with compliance with Health and Safety regulations; vi. to assist with marketing;vii. to liase with the cleaner;
