Description

Based in our agricultural office at Pond Farm, the core role of the two Countryside Surveyors within our newly created Estate Team is to regularly monitor our sites to observe a site specific set of ecological and management features and feedback records so that the Trust can ensure it is complying with management plans and meeting our statutory and contractual obligations.

Although the exact roles within the new Estate Team are under consultation, we can envisage how it is likely to function and how each of the roles will contribute to its operation. 

If you have an excellent & broad understanding of Countryside Management best practice, policies and principles, including habitat management/ restoration, possess good communication skills and strong attention to detail, enjoy primarily working alone and particularly revel in being outdoors in all weathers, please go to our website to read the full job profile.
