Job title - Corporate Relationship Manager. based in Doncaster

Salary: £22,511 per annum

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Managing a portfolio of corporate partnerships (or overseeing delivery by other areas of BTCV) to maximise income for BTCV and to ensure long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships. Includes maintenance of management information and systems in accordance with contracts, achieving optimum results in terms of quality, performance and financial contribution.

2.To work with Corporate Partners to engage their support in developing BTCV’s position and brand as a charitable cause, and through this increase voluntary income from corporate partnerships, affinity and cause related marketing and employee, customer and stakeholder donations (payroll, regular and one-off giving) and fundraising.

3.To work with colleagues to put in place and review appropriate forms of contract or MOU. Maintain a detailed overview and direct influence on contract performance in terms of partnership objectives, outputs and impacts. Prepare partnership reports and case studies for internal and external use.

4.Across the partnerships, represent and promote BTCV and communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.

5.Work across BTCV with other departments and colleagues within the Fundraising team. Ensuring activities contribute to strategic outputs of BTCV, contract compliance and maximum viability.

6.Ensure quality control of all financial and other administrative processes necessary to operate partnerships sustainably and professionally, including maintenance of partnership records, attendance at review meetings, meeting deadlines for reporting, raising invoices and provision of accurate statistical information.

7.Work with colleagues to maximise potential PR / media coverage, helping to raise the profile of both BTCV and our corporate partners and bring about the effective delivery of agreed PR Plans.

8.Develop links with key strategic contacts within partner organisations, across wider corporate business teams (e.g. CSR, HR, Environment, PR/Marketing) with a view to developing wider, more sustainable, refreshed and financially beneficial partnerships.

9.Contribute to the process of bidding for new business, working with other members of the Development, Fundraising and Promotions teams. Specifically looking to influence established corporate partnership relationships into broader income generating relationships.

10.Manage any partnership specific promotional resources including print, web, or other merchandise. Exercising due diligence with regard to appropriate and approved use of corporate branded materials.

11.Any other reasonable duties to perform the job role and assist in achieving BTCV’s objectives
