The Climate Action Network (CAN) is a worldwide network of over 900 Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in more than 100 countries, working to promote government and individual action to limit human-induced climate change to ecologically sustainable levels. CAN members work to achieve this goal through information exchange and the coordinated development of NGO strategy on international, regional, and national climate issues. CAN has regional network hubs that coordinate these efforts around the world. The COP 21 Logistics Intern will assist in the organization’s operational and logistical activities in the lead-up to and during COP 21 in Paris. This includes liaising with vendors, researching venues for CAN activities, developing a comprehensive logistics guide, and assisting the Operations Department with supporting the Secretariat. The position will be for a duration of five months working 5-10 hours per week June – November and 40 hours per week 25 November – 14 December. Responsibilities:
