We are currently seeking an experienced contaminated land specialist to look after a contaminated land project on behalf of our client. It is estimated that you will be required to work an average of two days per week, although some weeks will be busier than others. You will take over the client side management role for a site specific Part2A investigation. Your responsibilities will include, directing and managing the consultants, negotiating access arrangements, implementing a public communications strategy, arranging and chairing public meetings, and managing the project budget. You will also be required to liaise with regulatory partners and third party land-owners. This role would suit a professional who has managed similar Part2A investigations for a Local Authority previously.
