URS Nordic is one of our fastest growing divisions, it forms part of the URS Corporation Group, one of the world’s largest global consultancies operating in over 30 countries involved in environmental and engineering design solutions for the built environment. 

Our office in Stockholm is currently recruiting professionals with experience in the field of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation. The team provides a high quality expertise to contaminated land projects across the Nordic region, working mainly within the oil and gas and industrial sectors. 

For a Project Manager position, you will be responsible for co-ordinating teams, resources, fieldwork and reports, and writing remedial action plans where necessary.  For a Consultant position, you will be active visiting sites and carrying out fieldwork including soil and water samples.  

You will have a relevant degree in environmental sciences or geology, and practical experience investigating contaminated sites within Scandinavia. For a Project Manager position, you will already have a number of years consultancy experience and project management skills. Excellent team working, communication and report writing skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian or Danish) is essential, as well as very good English language skills.
