Consultant in the area of Built Environment Strategies

The position

Using your broad and substantial knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings (regarding technical measures as well as policies and market conditions), you advise our clients how to shape effective policies or successful market strategies and support them in all kinds of strategic questions on the way towards a low carbon building sector. Through your network and experience, you acquire new assignments for existing and new clients. You often act as a project leader in (international) projects in which you achieve the best possible sustainable solutions for our clients. You will be located in our office in Cologne (or Berlin).

Your profile
You have more than 4 years of experience and a track record of consultancy assignments in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings and related policies. You have experience in acquisition and an existing network among corporate and governmental clients. While being an inspiring team player, you combine strong analytical thinking with a practical and commercial attitude. You are used to working on (international) projects and meeting tight deadlines in terms of time and budget.You show insight in current policy and market developments regarding energy efficiency and renewable energy in the built environment. You have good oral and written command of German and English.
