Hobsons Bay City Council requires a qualified and experienced individual to work within the Parks Department in a role that has particular emphasis on Conservation and Environment management and development.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include maintenance and development of specific environmentally sensitive sites and undertaking a range of horticultural tasks including tree planting, mulching, plant care and weed control.  You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team.

You will possess formal qualifications relevant to the position with experience in Conservation management, have the ability to operate various machinery, tools and equipment, hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence and Chemical Users Certificate
