Conservation Services Manager: Karoo Area (Oudtshoorn)

CapeNature seeks to employ a Conservation Services Manager (Stewardship
Negotiation and Extension), based in the Karoo Area (Oudtshoorn) with a
Salary of R409 120 per annum (TCoE) - Level 10.

This position will seek to provide professional and integrated Stewardship
extension in order to promote landowner investment and stewardship of critical
habitats. This position will be responsible for negotiation of new Stewardship
Contracts and provide management support for Stewardship Sites which contribute
to critical habitat and protected area targets as outlined in the CapeNature
Protected Area Expansion Strategy and the Lesley Hill Succulent Karroo Trust
Priorities. The incumbent will form an important part of a multi-disciplinary
team.
