Description

We're seeking two Conservation Rangers to undertake and advocate for grey squirrel management and red squirrel conservation throughout North Antrim and South Down. The roles will require the direct management of grey squirrels and the provision of advice and support for landowners to manage non native species to conserve red squirrels in and surrounding remaining strongholds.

Contract: 3 year fixed term with a 6 month probationary period

Hours: This role is delivered on an annualised hours basis equating to approximately 1995.25 hours per year. There may be a requirement to work more hours in the spring and summer months and fewer in the autumn and winter months. Flexibility is a requirement, where there is a need to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
