At Ducks, we’re going places. You need to be an enthusiastic team player – a self-starter who can work with anyone, is capable of seeing the bigger picture and enjoys thinking out of the box.

Your knowledge of coastal habitats, waterfowl identification and ecology, evaluation, adaptive management and statistics analysis make you the ideal candidate for this position.  You will prepare program and project proposals, and communicate effectively in writing and orally with peers, the general public, agricultural and wildlife communities, the government and other NGOs.  You will also design and implement wetland and agricultural field work to support the conservation program supported by data management (technical and non-technical reports).

  • Proven ability to provide leadership to both staff and external task groups.
