The Wetland Bird Program Coordinator is an exciting new position that will involve assisting with the planning and coordination of a BirdLife’s national Wetland bird program. The successful candidate will work closely with the Wetland Bird Program Manager, the larger BirdLife team (nationally) and project partners to improve conservation outcomes for wetland birds by implementing, directing and leveraging capacity and resources to develop and deliver BirdLife Australia’s Wetland Bird Program. We are looking for a self-motivated professional with project experience, excellent planning and communication skills and a strong interest in the conservation of wetland birds.

Title: Wetland Bird Program Coordinator (1 FTE)
Location: Melbourne, Victoria.
Salary:  $67,061 to $69,925 per annum (plus 9.5% superannuation)
Contract duration: One year (extension subject to funding / availability)
