The Conservation Grants Manager is responsible for development , submission, and follow up for Local, State and Federal grant applications to support land acquisition by the Conservancy.  The Specialist will identify and review government grant opportunities and, working closely with Conservancy conservation managers and partner organizations, develop successful grant applications for funding.  The Specialist will submit Wisconsin Knowles-Nelson Stewardship grant applications for all Conservancy acquisitions, work with other Conservancy staff to fulfill grant requirements in a manner consistent with Conservancy policy, and work with government grant staff to obtain grant contracts and timely payment of grant amounts.
