Similar appointments may be made from this process in locations throughout Western Australia within a six month period to positions that may be permanent or contract, including contract appointments with the possibility of subsequent permanency.

Job Description
Under the direction of the District Works Coordinator this position:

• Undertakes the coordination, development and implementation of training programs, keeping competency records and implementation of progression programs for individual employee development, including the recognition of prior learning across Perth Hills and Swan Coastal Districts.

• Facilitates the successful and consistent implementation of the Conservation Employee Career Development Program across Perth Hills and Swan Coastal Districts.

• Undertakes an active role in prescribed burning, wildfire suppression and other fire management activities within the Swan Region.
