The Conservation Easement Coordinator is responsible for the annual inspections, monitoring and oversight of New England Forestry Foundation's (NEFF) conservation easements on private land and the development of baseline reports for NEFF’s conservation easement projects.
Responsibilities also include managing the conservation easement database, maintaining records and files, and maintaining relationships with easement donors. The position will coordinate possible easement enforcement activities with the director of forest stewardship, the executive director, and NEFF legal counsel. The position is also responsible for monitoring activities related to NEFF forests, post-harvest inspections, property management issues, and administrative duties related to maintaining files and records on the forest properties.
