The Conservation Coordinator may manage conservation data, compile and synthesize information collected by others, participate in conservation planning, develop project packages, create baseline documentation reports, assist with grant writing and map-making, respond to landowner inquiries and maintain electronic and/or manual project records. May include collecting, assembling and analyzing various types of data, in the field or through document surveys, producing maps using GIS software and assisting in the production of reports. Assist Stewardship team with start-up work and on as as-needed basis. Work may be done in the field or be based in an office setting.
