Compliance support officer (12 month Fixed Term contract)
Salary: 
£20,900 per annum, plus benefits.

Based: Southwater, Horsham, West Sussex

The RSPCA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic administrator with good communication and organisational skills to work in a quality & compliance team at the Society's headquarters in Southwater.

Your responsibilities will contribute to the Society’s compliance with data protection legislation and include: 
• supporting the data protection compliance officer to ensure our statutory obligations are fulfilled
• locating, extracting and interpreting information from database records
• preparing draft reports
• handling routine enquiries from the public, local authorities and other bodies.

You should also have: 
• A level education, with a previous study of law desirable
• experience of office work and working as part of a team
• good IT knowledge with experience of MS Office preferable
• knowledge of current data protection legislation and compliance systems, or a willingness to learn.

Hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
