Are you up for saving nature, working with communities and making a real difference for our countryside? Do you have the passion and confidence needed to enthuse individuals and communities about the natural world around them and inspire them to save it?
Futurescapes is the RSPB's ambitious UK wide landscape-scale conservation project; it looks beyond the boundaries of our nature reserves, aiming to bring wildlife conservation right to the heart of communities. The project is about working together with these local communities and partners, to establish change on a scale capable of making a real difference to wildlife and to people.
The Inner Forth Futurescape is centred on a wetland Special Protected Area (SPA) and aims to create a landscape where the conservation of wildlife will also result in benefits for communities e.g. flood risk management, access and education. We need a passionate and inspiring individual that is able to engage with communities through a series of exciting events and projects to demonstrate the benefits of partnership working for both the wildlife and people of the Futurescapes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the centre of one of the RSPB's most ambitious conservation projects that has the potential to create real and lasting benefits for our wildlife, if this sounds exciting then this may be the perfect job for you
