Do you have significant experience delivering communications in a corporate, consultancy or major NGO team? If so, we could have a great opportunity for you to help us deliver our Communications strategic priorities.
WWF works to find solutions to the world’s most serious environmental issues so that people and nature can thrive; we focus on safeguarding the natural world, tackling climate change and changing the way we live. Our reputation and Panda brand are recognised worldwide and key to our success as a leading conservation organisation.
Your role in the Brand Communications team is to maximise visibility and PR opportunities for WWF, so that people understand and can engage with the full range of our work. To do that you’ll manage communications for key WWF projects, including our high-profile ‘Rainforest Rescue’ partnership with Sky.
This is a challenging and fast-paced role, liaising across WWF in the UK and Brazil and with external corporate partners. You will need significant experience in consumer PR in the UK – including events, media promotions and branding - combining a strategic approach with creativity and excellent communications, account management and interpersonal skills. Understanding of fundraising and the marketing communications mix is desirable.
