Communications Intern

Communications Intern

Working with the RGGI Inc.’s Communications Manager, the Communications Intern will assist on the development of communications materials, media outreach and website maintenance. Potential tasks include:

•             Compiling bi-weekly media summaries of relevant national, international and local news;

•             Assisting on presentations, fact sheets, and other communications materials;

•             Reviewing the RGGI, Inc. website for needed updates;

•             Maintaining media contact databases;

•             Organizing information on the investment of RGGI auction proceeds;

•             Performing event and award research and coordination.

The internship is scheduled for June through August 2015, though the start and end dates of the internship are flexible. RGGI, Inc. will work with candidate to accommodate the intern’s class schedule, but expects that interns could commit to 15-20 hours per week.
