Communications and Promotions Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: around £37,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead on marketing strategies that support Scottish Government Programmes and oversee the implementation of plans for consumer and business campaigns through a team of people. As a generalist marketing expert, you will be a key player providing insight and direction including customer segmentation. You will plan, implement and review marketing activity and evaluate results through ongoing monitoring and analysis of market intelligence.

Your ability to lead and manage a marketing team and build effective relationships with a number of external stakeholders (for example Scottish Government Marketing team) by well refined communication and influencing skills, will be key to your success. Additionally, your broad marketing knowledge and experience of brand development, customer acquisition and CRM together with business insight will be fundamental to delivering exceptional performance.
