Commercial Sales Manager

As a Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for all commercially related aspects in the sales team with a focus on optimizing the outcome of Norwegian projects in Wind Power.

Your primary responsibilities will cover:

• Securing and supporting the implementation of the sales strategy

• Managing project calculationsCoordinating internal approval processes and presentation to management
• Providing knowledge of customer value
• Participating in and leading negotiations of commercial and contractual issues
• Preparing sales forecasts and budgets as well as analysis of pre-sales activities

Your profile

You have a Master’s degree in law, economics or business administration supplemented with an excellent business understanding. You might also have a background in engineering combined with profound experience in contracting or legal aspects. Ideally you have project sales experience, preferably from the energy, infrastructure or construction industry. As a person you are result-oriented with strong analytical skills, and you are a dedicated team player. Furthermore, you possess outstanding communication skills as well as excellent English skills.
