email CV's to jmatt@synergy.ae Job Purpose: Provides functional support to project team for activities pertaining to developing appropriate commercial & finical models, pricing structures, commercial negotiations, bid support & administration of all contracts. Key tasks and duties: ? Devise, develop and deploy appropriate commercial & finical models & pricing structures. ? Devise, develop and deploy appropriate pricing structures. ? Prepare business cases and analysis to support investment opportunities. ? Supports & provides functional advice during commercial negotiations. ? Collects & analyses market and competitor information using network of business development personnel. ? Review, manage and propose amendments to contract rates, pricing structures and commercial terms. ? Managing the commercial input of proposals, bids and tenders. ? Device & deploy incentive schemes, when appropriate & required, into new bids, proposals and tenders. ? Preparation and submission of Bid Evaluation Reports for approval. ? Develops the right contracting strategies suiting the project specific requirements, in liaison with Project Managers / Director. ? Coordinates the activities relating to pre-qualification of the potential bidders. ? Prepares the documentation needed for submissions at various stages of project execution like strategies, bidder lists, bid evaluation, award recommendations and variations. ? Performs unpriced evaluation of the bids submitted to ensure conformity to the specified legal, contractual and other commercial requirements. ? Performs priced evaluation of the bids of the technically accepted bidders leading to preparing award recommendation and contract awards while maintaining strict confidentiality. ? Incorporates agreed changes in the final contract document, ensure accuracy of each document. ? Performs contract administration functions including reviews of the Contractors' submittals from contractual viewpoints and advise the Project Teams on the appropriate responses. ? Evaluate Contractors' submissions on Trends, Variations / Claims etc. and advise on contractual validities. ? Coordinate processing of all Trends, Variations / Claims by all concerned to obtain necessary approvals and participate in commercial negotiations. ?
