Climate-KIC Malta Head Coach

Paragon Europe is looking for a Head Coach to join its Project Management Unit in its Head Office in Malta.

The ideal candidate must have:

• BA in Economics, Education or similar; further post-graduate training in climate change, energy efficiency and economics will be considered an asset;
• 6 years plus experience in similar position providing evidence of his/her performance;
• Experience in coordinating student mobility projects both as a sending and as a receiving organisation;
• Experience in advising start-ups and small businesses;
• Experience in drafting and winning projects to deliver training and capacity building courses, with a focus on climate change and energy efficiency.
• The ability to source and identify sponsors to leverage project funding.

Furthermore, the candidate must provide proof of work experience with a minimum of three referees; demonstrate that she/he has worked on projects independently as well as part of a team; has good time and resource management skills and is ready to travel abroad.
