Climate Communities Facilitators

As a Climate Communities Facilitator you will act as a knowledge broker; enabling connections between people; liaising with and advising individuals, community groups, organizations and government in regards to grant funding and capacity building opportunities. It is expected that your proactive approach will promote and build strong community networks and provide mentoring, support and training to enable community action. 

Experience in a sustainability field or in programs or services supporting community development or a related field is essential.  Your communication skills will be exceptional along with flexibility and a huge amount of initiative to deliver outcomes. 

Sustainability Victoria recognises that the skills and expertise required to deliver these outcomes can be found across Victoria; as such we are open to the successful candidates being based in various areas in regional Victoria or in our Melbourne CBD office.  There are 5 regional based and 3 metropolitan based positions. Full Victorian Drivers License required.
