Climate Change Campaigner – Coal Divestment and Clean Energy Investment
Campaign

Work for Australia’s leading environment organisation

Be part of a strong, dynamic campaign team working to drive action on climate
change in Australia

Develop a new campaign focused on divestment from coal and fossil fuels
and reinvestment in clean energy

The Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF) stands for ecological sustainability. We
get to the heart of environmental problems by tackling the underlying social
and economic causes and has been a strong and effective voice for the environment
for more than 45 years.

Our Climate Change Program is responsible for the development and execution
of program outcomes to tackle climate change, including reduction of greenhouse
pollution, increased uptake of renewable energy, and reducing coal exports.
The Program makes use of a full suite of campaign tools including engaging
our supporters, media and communications, policy development and analysis,
direct political advocacy, fundraising and collaborations with other organisations.

Working with the Program Manager and other campaigners, you’ll be responsible
for developing and implementing strategies that support Australia’s rapid
exit from national and global fossil fuel and uranium chains and move towards
a clean energy future.
