Keep Scotland Beautiful has administered and managed the Climate Challenge Fund (CCF) on behalf of the Scottish Government since the CCF was introduced in 2008. To date the CCF has awarded £75.7 million to 873 projects in 588 communities across Scotland to take action on climate change.

We are seeking a Climate Challenge Fund Coordinator (CCFC) to assist the Climate Challenge Fund Manager with the coordination, development, promotion and implementation of the CCF, in addition the CCFC will coordinate and supervise a highly competent and dynamic team of people.

Applications are sought from candidates who feel that they have the necessary experience and qualifications to undertake this role. The ideal candidate will have significant experience of grant management systems and processes including assessing funding applications. They will also have an understanding of how communications and marketing can support the implementation of campaigns and projects as well as experience of providing support to community groups. An interest and understanding of current climate change and sustainability science and policy would be an advantage.
