CIBSE Qualified Engineer

Our client is a major Utility, seeking a Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineer to work within their property portfolio.

We are seeking a senior person to lease with the in-house sustainability team, focusing on built environment carbon reduction and energy efficiency measures continually implemented within a vast property sector. The BREEAM measures implemented will be focused around carbon management and micro-generation renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities will involve delivery of the Sustainable Development Management Plan, Identifying poor performing sites, identifying cost effective remedial opportunities and managing the database of energy project opportunities. The candidate must be CIBSE qualified.
