Bush Heritage is the nation’s most widely supported private land conservation organisation.  Its 32 reserves cover nearly one million hectares, and extensive partnerships cover an additional two and a half million hectares. 

Reporting to the CEO you will demonstrate superior judgement and lead an expert team to implement innovative, science-based, strategies for the acquisition, management and use of land and the reporting of ecological outcomes. 

You will be highly personable with a true passion for achieving conservation benefits through application of science, and a combination of strategic, operational and business know-how. 

You will demonstrate the ability to achieve conservation benefits by working with a wide range of partners particularly from Indigenous and pastoral communities.
