St Nicholas Fields, an award winning charity is seeking to appoint its first Chief Executive Officer. If you are an inspirational leader with a wide ranging knowledge and experience of fundraising, partnership work and staff management then this maybe the role for you.

We are aiming to build on the work undertaken in the last 10 years to improve the range of services provided on the 24 acre nature reserve, aswell as undertake major redevelopemnt work on the Environment Centre. You will have experience of managing change and will be skilled in developing effective partnerships with organisations, networks and individuals to ensure that we play our full part in achieving the aim of making York a sustainable city.

We have a small team of skilled staff, a large number of volunteers and a management committee, so you will have the skills to manage and support the staff and volunteers aswell as understanding good charity governanace and the role of the management committee.
