Description

My client is a leading international manufacturer of multicrystalline silicon wafers, solar cells, and solar modules.

Position Overview:
CEO of the Australian Subsidiary reporting to the HQ’s in China.

Responsibilities:-
•Capturing arising market opportunities
•Acquisitions of new customers and management of existing customers
•Management of all business affairs in the Australian market
•Lead the sales team, HR team, Marketing team, Finance team and other teams in the Australia to reach annual targets
•Build up a strong sales team and approach in the Australia through efficient channels
•Presentation of company products, preparation of proposals and leading of negotiations with customers
•Lead the sales process for contract signings and other works involved in the sales of the company’s products
•Growing company market share
•Increase revenues, profitability and cash flow for the company according to established KPIs
•Support marketing activities and market communications
•Implementation of action plans for reaching the quarterly and annual targets of the sales team
•Frequent business travel to visit existing and potential clients

Qualified to:-
•Take decisions and execute activities within the framework of the agreed business model.

Education:-
•Must have strong educational background (Batchelors)
•Technical Knowledge & Understanding

Requirements:-
•Excellent understanding of the local Australia market
•A minimum of 8 years successful B2B sales experience in PV Solar industry in the local Australia market
•Proven track record of successful execution of sales targets in previous roles
•Proven track record of successful leadership
•Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams
•Comfortable communicating with high-profile executives in business and financial sectors
•Result-driven approach and ability to work autonomously as well as multi-task
•Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills
•Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as intercultural skills
•High reliability and ability to work under pressure
•Enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated and excellent teamwork
•Willingness/ability to travel on a regular basis
•English mother tongue with good other language skills (spoken and written) Chinese would be a bonus.

Key Skills:
•Solar PV, negotiations experience, sales experience, solar product (wafers, ingots, modules and/or inveters) sales experience and team leadership
