CEO - Carbon Brokerage Advisory, Central Eastern Europe

A unique opportunity in an established carbon brokerage / advisory firm currently foucsing on CEE. The existing CEO will take a non-exec Chairman position and leave the new CEO in the day to day running of the business as well as progress into new markets geographically (US, Asia, Western Europe), also push more in to the primary markets.

The candidate must be a real entrepreneur; have a sound finance background and a solid understanding of the GHG markets and a real interest in the global warming agenda and the finance related to this. You must also be able to lead a small team and take the initiative to drive forward into new markets. At least 5 years experience in finance is preferred, and you must be flexible on location and willing to be based in Prague at least on the short / term.

This is a partnership agreement offering, with option for equity and to become a lifelong shareholder in the company, as well as a base salary to cover costs.
