The Center Director of the Grange Insurance Audubon Center (GIAC) is responsible for the consistent achievement of GIAC’s mission, strategies, policies, programs, and financial objectives. The Director will also help lead a planning process to re-build the statewide conservation programming. He/She will be a strategic thinking entrepreneur, a leader, fundraiser, and charismatic facilitator who is able to work with public and private partners to operate a “flagship” Audubon Center in Columbus, Ohio. Working with the Stewardship Board, the Director evaluates all GIAC plans, programs, activities, and procedures with regard to their planned purpose, sustainability, and impact on the organization and community. |
