Description 
CATERING/CENTRE ASSISTANT
 Flatford Mill Field Centre
 East Bergholt, Suffolk 
 
 A Catering/Centre Assistant is required to support the work of this very busy environmental education centre. 
The post holder will have wide ranging duties and will be expected to work flexibly. Although working primarily 
as part of the Catering Team the post holder will also be required to support the Education, Administration, 
Housekeeping and Maintenance teams in a variety of miscellaneous tasks.

 The post is offered on a permanent basis. 
 
 Hours of work are 35 per week. 
 FSC Salary Grade: scale point 3-6, currently £11,065-£12,530 per annum.
 The point of entry within the grade will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. 
 
 If resident at the centre there will be a deduction for accommodation.
