Catering Assistant

We are seeking a hard-working individual who is committed to delivering a high-quality catering experience to work at our idyllic Thorndon Countryside Centre. You will be responsible for the preparation of food alongside providing a friendly welcome to our Café. If you thrive within a busy team environment, then we’ve got a great opportunity for you.

We are looking for people that can work in a reactive environment to offer all our visitors a warm welcome and positive interaction whenever they visit us.

We are looking for someone with a strong catering background; Hygiene qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities include:

•Delivering a high-quality catering experience at our visitor center.

•Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene and safety are always maintained

•Overseeing volunteers to ensure the smooth running of the centre.

Working Hours: 15 hours per week

Closing date: 5th November, 9am
