We’re looking for a Catchment Coordinator based in our North East Thames Area office, which covers North London, Hertfordshire and parts of Essex, Bucks and Beds.

The Water Framework Directive gives us an ambitious suite of environmental targets and improvements to achieve over the next 15 years.

We need to raise the quality of the aquatic environment to deliver good ecological status across our river catchments, coastline and ground waters. Our evidence tells us that we need to address sources of pollution, manage the impacts of low flows and improve water bodies.

We cannot improve the environment by ourselves. As a Catchment Coordinator you'll work collaboratively with local partners, colleagues and communities to deliver environmental improvements within a river catchment.

You'll develop and communicate a catchment vision and be a central point of contact for external partners. You'll need to think across different environmental disciplines and you may need to manage projects.
