IDEACarbon is an independent and professional provider of ratings and strategic advice on carbon finance. Our services are designed to provide leading financial institutions, corporations, governments, traders and developers with unbiased intelligence and analysis of the factors that affect the pricing of carbon market assets.  We are looking to recruit a Carbon Market Research Manager in London, Singapore and also New York.     

Position/Title:  Carbon Market Research Manager (London, NY and Singapore)

  • Responsibilities:
    Design research surveys to gather and analyse insights from policymakers, opinion formers and market participants from clients and contacts

  • Write-up research results and intelligence into client briefings

  • Contribute to the development of the IDEACarbon client and contact base


Desired Qualifications:

  • A Masters degree in finance, business administration, economics or another relevant subject is preferred. 

  • Prior experience in market research survey design and implementation is preferred.     Candidates should also have an interest in carbon and energy markets. 

  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Self-motivation, flexibility and ability to work in a team
