The Duckworth Worcestershire Trust is a registered charity, involved in a range of environmental and social projects throughout Worcestershire.
Overall Purpose:
To provide reception cover and support for the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust and provide customer service to visitors to the Pump House Environment Centre, including serving in our busy Eco Café.
Person Specification:
The Duckworth Worcestershire Trust is looking for a presentable, tactful, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join its team. The post holder must be friendly and helpful when dealing with the public and volunteers. He/she will have an interest in environmental issues and will be willing to work weekends and public holidays. This is a physically demanding and hectic job at times, so we require someone with stamina, who can also deal with pressure.
Essential criteria:
Knowledge
* GCSE standard, Grade C and above
Experience
* Work in a customer-focused environment
* Team work
Skills
* Good ICT skills, e.g. use of email, MS Word and Excel
* Good communication skills
* Using own initiative
