Cafe Manager/Chef

What we are looking for:

• An energetic food enthusiast to implement (i.e. train our staff) a new menu in Café Vida
• Anyone who is into natural foods with a great imagination working with local tropical fruits, vegetables and herbs. 
• Proven experience is essential, with a particular interest in simple, healthy fresh foods. We need someone who has enough experience to work independently
• Someone who loves interacting with people
• Someone who pays high attention to detail in particular cleanliness and good customer service
• Great numerical ability
• Bilingual – Spanish is essential as our café staff do not speak English at all (yet)!
